The Revd Michael Wood is an Anglican priest who works as a university chaplain, professional facilitator, and leadership coach. Michael has pioneered the use of Open Space Technology, Talking Circles, and Restorative Justice processes in church leadership in Australia. He is a founding member of the Peace and Nonviolence Education Australasia network and an online contemplative Prayer Community called Contemplatio. He is the author of Practicing Peace: Theology, Contemplation, and Action.
Being missioners needs to be patterned on Jesus if it is to have any integrity at all, and so it will be characterised by intentional engagement, genuine curiosity, deep listening, allowing others to be a blessing to us, and trusting ourselves to God.
