Karen Quah is an ordained Baptist pastor who works as a chaplain with BaptCare in an affordable housing project in Sydney. She has been a regular participant in our congregation since Easter 2023.
We can only keep the UNITY OF THE SPIRIT by experiencing the Oneness of Christ in all the parts of ourselves and each other.
The transfiguration reminds us that in and through Jesus, the perfect Son of God and the perfect Son of Man, we each have the potential to experience and to be glimpses of God who is the true agent of change in our lives and in the world.
We respond to Jesus in different ways at different times, because we are not fully integrated in ourselves, but God loves us in all our fragmented parts.
