This was a very thoughtful and incredibly helpful sermon. So often when we try to think about mission and the personal and neighbourhood level, we just feel embarrassed into inaction. We have seen too many of our fellow Christians behaving in ways that are smug, pushy, and disrespectful, so we run a mile. But by taking the biblical text of a key gospel passage about mission seriously, Michael gently opened our eyes to a vision of mission that is humble, natural, and smells a lot like Jesus. Thank you, Michael. We are very much in your debt.
