What does it mean to ensure that our church is a safe place for all who come? If we were just to have a meeting about our “Safe Church” policies, it could be deadly dull. So instead we are going to focus in on the issues that get people fired up and, using a modified open space approach, we will all have the opportunity to discuss the ones that matter most to us. Most people experience Open Space gatherings as fun, empowering, and community building, as well as productive and effective.
